We, the company Bubnovi s.r.o., registered in the trade register kept by the District Court of Hradec Králové, section C, file No. 47081, company ID number (IČ): 09925635, seat: Žižkova 1021, 508 01 Hořice, Czech Republic, operate the web interface www.bubnovi.cz (hereinafter referred to as “Portal”).
You may set the confidentiality level of electronic communications when visiting the Portal, and by choosing the settings you decide about your consent to the processing of individual data categories stored on your end device (hereinafter referred to as “Cookies”).

Personal data processing means any operation or set of operations related to personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated processes, such as collection, recording, arrangement, structuring, storage, adaptation, or alteration, finding, viewing, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or any other disclosure, arrangement or combining, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
You communicate your personal data to us
a) when browsing the portal, only if you set the confidentiality level of communications accordingly and give your consent to the processing of certain categories of Cookies in this context; no processing of Cookies shall take place without your consent as specified herein;
b) in a message that you send us via an electronic form or e-mail; sending such a message is determined by your consent to the personal data processing expressed by ticking the relevant box;
c) when communicating by phone or e-mail; your consent to the processing of the personal data communicated within this communication is implied.
As a personal data controller, we shall process your personal data
a) by automatically storing the communications in which you provide us with your personal data; in this case, your personal data shall be stored in a data warehouse that can be accessed solely by our company’s executive directors and employees who have been duly instructed on their obligations when processing personal data;
b) by recording if you communicate your personal data to us by phone, and then storing thereof in accordance with letter a);
c) by collecting, structuring, arrangement or combining the personal data stored should we conclude any contract with you;
d) by disclosure to our consultants who are bound by confidentiality and instructed on the principles of personal data processing;
e) by erasure if we no longer need the data concerned for the purpose for which they are processed;
f) for the purpose of communicating with you and of meeting our obligations arising from any contract concluded with you, and above that, for the purpose of meeting our obligations arising from specific legislation, in particular in the field of financial administration;
g) based on your consent given in one or more of the ways specified above;
h) without your consent if necessary to meet our obligations arising from any contract concluded with you, and above that, for the purpose of meeting our legal obligations which we are subject to, in particular obligations imposed by specific legislation in the field of financial administration;
i) only to the extent and for the time necessary to achieve any purpose stated above;
j) in a manner that ensures appropriate security of your personal data, including protection thereof against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage by appropriate technical or organisational measures.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time.
However, your consent withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any processing based on your consent given before the withdrawal. Please note that in certain cases stated above, we will still be entitled to process your personal data without your consent, but only for the justifying purposes stated above.
You have the right to request
a) access to your personal data; meaning the right to obtain confirmation from us whether or not personal data related to you are processed and if so, you have the right to obtain access to that personal data in form of a copy;
b) the rectification of your personal data in case they are inaccurate or incomplete; in case of incomplete personal data, you have the right to complete them by providing an additional declaration;
c) the erasure of your personal data if they are no longer necessary for the purpose they were collected or otherwise processed for, or in case you have withdrawn your consent to the processing of your personal data and there is no other legal basis for the processing at the same time, or if your personal data have been processed unlawfully, or else collected in connection with an offer of information company services;
d) the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you negate their accuracy, and that for the time necessary for us to verify the accuracy of your personal data, or in case the processing of your personal data is unlawful and you request the restriction of the use thereof instead of erasure according to letter c), or if we no longer need to process your data, but you require them to determine, exercise or defend your legal claims;
e) your personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format for the purpose of transferring the data to another controller.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
